Hi, I have a Nokia express music 5800 and the memory card is not detected. Pls give a step by step instruction process to detect the card.

Connect the mobile using the connecting cord to the USB port of the PC. Now the phone memory will be detected. You can now scroll and select the music from your folder and copy to the memory card.
Also the memory card can be inserted directly into the slot of the laptop and the music files transferred.

All you need to do is to open MENU>OPEN CONTACTS> SCROLL and see COPY CONTACTS.
Now select MOVE FROM PHONE MEMORY TO SIM and start copying. Now most of the SIM cards will have only provision for 250 contacts and so once loaded you must transfer the details to your new phone. and repeat the process.
Use the option COPY FROM PHONE TO SIM only if you want to retain the details on the phone.

Which Network,in which Country It locked too?

may be its not compatible for your phone.or try to format your memory then put again some music files.If not,reset your phone or upgrade your firmware so as to work it normally...

General system error means it's software is corrupted, just reprogram it. It cannot detect by pc because it have no identity at, just reprogram it and it will work fine, maybe it's infected with the virus while you're synchronizing with your pc.
