Water in Bin

The pump on my DEC33 is working, but there seems to be some residual water in the bin which melts the ice and keeps the bin from filling up. The water valve seems to be operating correctly as there isn't an overflow of water into the bin.

I have the same problem.

Suggest a new solution for this problem
