Go to http://www.sis.com/download/, agree the terms and conditions, select Windows 2000 as OS then GPU Graphics Drivers and you will see Sis6326 series GPU listed. As I know this is the latest official driver, win xp is not supported.
your video card is not supported for second life. secondlife requires an ATI or Nvidia opengl compatible card. second life does not support most mobile cards and does not have any support for the SIS chipset that i am aware of.
you may want to make sure that your card is compatable with the game i had to upgrade because i didnt have enough video memory which is also somthing you can check by going to device manager and going to advanced than click on performance and adjusting your video memory from there ok just becareful not to set it too high .

Well, first of all. Is it an LCD monitor? If so, it could be that some lights in the monitor has been burned. I had the same thing happen to me once, and it showed that it was the lighhts.
Do you know if the computer reboots all the way to windows? If it doesn't, the problem could be that the power supply is not enough.
