Which paper tray is not working??? Trays 1 or 2 or 3 or 4? Have you tried a different paper feed unit in the copier? Have you looked behind the paper trasy for jamed paper. Also what size are the paper trays set to and are they asking for the right size? I have been working on this model for a few years and I have not replaced a DC controler for this problem... Do a little more research and get back to us...

How to solve the pc load letter in konica Minolta Printers & copiers?

Is this what it's reporting on its display panel when you try to print? Most likely the paper stop in the drawer has moved or been changed to something other than letter; so the printer thinks it has something other than letter size loaded (probably got moved to A5) The printer "reads" the the drawer stops, it does not "see" the paper it needs.

Lexmark T644 Drawer 2 Missing error message but drawer 2 is in place. Drawer 2 always has problems pulling form form drawer when printing from drawer 2.

If job prints from the wrong tray or on the wrong paper or specialty media, this is an indication that the operator panel menu settings do not match the media loaded in the tray.

Make sure the Paper Size and Paper Type specified in the printer driver match the paper size and type in the tray.

Hello, my copier machine cannot detect paper

Pull paper tray out and set aside,
in the back there is white lever above the spring
push lever in ,a black actuator should drop down
if it does not it may be broken or stuck.
The tray select button on the control panel should allow you to use the side tray.

Message Display on LCD of machine it,s load paper LTR

It means that you under printer properties/preferences - custom paper size have ltr size as your default, change it in desired size, eg. A4.
Then turn off and on the copier.

Or check the sensor position on your drawer. blue rail with triangle that must be on A4 or A3 depends on paper that you have in drawer.

If this is brand new, then it should be under warranty. Call the manufacturer or take it back to the store.

Copier doesn't recognize that paper is loaded

Hello sir; Make sure you close drawer tight then pay attention on listening the noise when you close the drawer, if quiet that's mean paper lifting motor defect, otherwise go to paper sensor.

Tray error

Since tray 2 works, I'd guess that each drawer has a "paper sensor" that sees that paper is in the drawer. You might pull both drawers all the way out, with a flashlight, if needed, look at the area inside of each where paper is fed and you can compare #2 with #1, since you know 2 is good. You may find a sensor out of place. If it's not something simple like it popped out of place, then you may need to put in a new sensor. Good luck, please rate this if it helped.

Paper jam check drawer two t640 printer

Hello there,

If you are getting "Paper Jam check drawer two message" I would suggest you to check for any paper stuck inside the paper drawer two. If you don't see any paper jammed inside drawer two, you might also want to check out if its is stuck anywhere in the paper path. Removing the paper jam should fix the issue. Try cleaning the pick rollers (the rollers which pick the paper) in drawer two. This should help fixing this issue.

Merry Christmas!
