Well you might have to just leave it alone for a couple of months like i did or it migh be because you droped it oh and never ever bang it

You can turn off the Mp4 for a while and re-install the system ,and then you can change if the port is fit the computer ,you can also used a transfer interface to connected the computer .

Videos won't synchronize from windows media player to sansa e250 mp4 player

You need to use the supplied Sansa Media Converter program to convert videos (and photos) to a format the Sansa can handle. If you don't have the SMC, you can download the Windows version here.

You may get the wrong format for your MP4 Player.
So i recommend you to use a video converter to convert the videos you have to the one you need.
i have used this video converter for long and it is really easy to handle.

I do believe you can with this model. So give it a try, if it doesn't work, then go through and delete everything through the MP4 player itself.

the player has to be connected to computer via USB cord one end goes into the mp3 or mp4 and the other goes into the usb port after it has charged to turn it on u have to hold the menu button down/ Thats how mine work Does anyone know how to add videos I have added pictures which looks beautiful.
