Yor model if the model RS265LABP is very complex. It is very possible that the senser that feels the temperature in the fresh food section is defective. If you would like the manual to put the refrigerator into self diagnostics let me know. The diagnostics test for your model is done at the control panel and will tell you the problem. It will tell you the senser that is not working properly. But an easy fix for most people the test is simple but to go and repair the problem the answer is no easy fix. Try pushing down and holding for at least 5 seconds the Menu button and the center Select button, at the same time. This should force your iPod to restart and it should eventually again be discovered in iTunes. Using the Restore option aftwerwards in iTunes is adviceable, at least make sure your iPod has the last version of its software. Good luck!
