I have LG DVD writer GSA2164D. i wish to make data dvd,with Nero8 i could make data dvd on LG DVD-RW 1-2X,But when i am inserting any DVD+R disc 1X-16X compatible,it is not recording the data showing incompatible format,even i tried Samsung Pleomax DVD-RW 4X.
I TRIED NERO8,CD BURNER XP,ALO CD AND DVD BURNER
Can you please help me in this regard?

can you please tell me what formats you are trying to write to disk?
This will give me a better understanding of your problem,
Do you still have Nero Smart Start 6.
so far this has a favourible functionality and speed also.
Have you tried to install the Smart Start???
