Question about Mitsubishi WD-52525 52" Rear Projection HDTV
The lamp light was on and got no picture. I removed the lamp and it looked fine. The tv also had the check status button on. We have no manual for the tv to refer to. I took the lamp to a repair center and he said the lamp was fine. I replaced the lamp but the lamp light still lites up and there is not a picture. We have not used this tv much in the past 2 yrs and are really upset at having paid $2799.00 for the tv and to have a problem this soon. Please help, thanks Linda
Press the device and menu buttons both in together for 5 seconds on the front control panel then release to see if the LED will blink a two digit error code. Then let me know what that code is. Please respond to this same post.
