From what I can gather your saying you can no longer get attachments in your email. There are several reasons why this may happen, but I'll cover the two simplest ones first.
1. You have done an update and your email software has reset to not allow attachments.
To check if this is the case, open your email program. I am assuming your using Outlook Express at the moment. Once your email is open Click on "Tools" then "Options" from the very top of the program. Up where File, Edit, View is.
Once in "Options" click the "Security" tab. In this section you should have a checkbox that reads "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened....." uncheck this box and press ok.
You may need to close your email program down by pressing the X in the upper right hand corner then re-open it.
If this does not work, or you are using a different email program, you may also want to check your anti-virus software to see if it is blocking attachments.
