Question about Audio Players & Recorders
I discovered about two years ago that my life is more meaningful when I am helping people. It definitely keeps me out of trouble. :-)
My co-workers think I'm nuts, because I do tech support for a living as well, and then I come home and take on more problems. I like the troubleshooting aspect of my job - not the "break the bad news" part of the job.
I probably made a mistake early by going back too far into the problem bins - since those solutions are stuck as unrated, it pulls my average down. If I could just get back up to 85%, then more people would notice me and ask about premium chats - as it is, I sometimes leave the chat tool open for hours, and I have yet to get a request.
