If it's still under warranty, get it replaced. Otherwise, take to an authorized behringer repair shop, or your local pro-audio repair shop.

it's prob a loose wire inside. however i dont recommend you repair it at home. it's tedious work and it won't look good after. suggest you get it repaired.

Hi, This is Kevin here. I have had this bass vioilin Jt 20 tuner almost a year now. It used to work fine then seems that the battery i buy these days only last 1 day. I can't off it totally and can't use...

The backlight cinsumes most of the power and if it remains on the battery will soon be dead. If you can't turn the unit off, the switch button to turn it off is probablly dirty or defective. Most of these you have to hold the off button down for several seconds to turn the unit off.
Also verify you are using the correct battery, as some with less enegy capacity will fit, but deliver very little life.

My subwoofers cut out

You are most likey running too much power from the amp to the speakers.. you might want to try just notching the bass down a notch or 2.. just enough that the bass will hit

Subwoofer Trouble

Turn the bass gain all the way down., Turn up your your volume on bass test song. Crank up the little box next to the steering wheel wide open . Now go gradually turn up the bass gain on the RF amp until you get distortion. Turn the gain down slightly. Now you can enjoy playing the bass from one end of the little boxes setting to the other without ovrloading your amp and subs. Open a can of whoopass on anyone who tries to crank up on your gain.
