Can't get my lg optimus to sync with pc keeps asking for disk didn't get one

Hey there, try going to settings and make sure that 'show all contacts' option is ticked.

You will likely need to sync both of them with Microsoft outlook. Look on the website of the respective manufacturers (Nokia and LG) for the software you will need to sync your phone with your PC.

Please Can you support me ? I have an LG optimus Chic LG E720 that didn't boot and didn't enter in emergency mode due to bad software update. Power cut during software update.

Browse your model type under the 'model name' option.
Down the page and under the 'Downloads' option,is the 'PC sync' option,click on it and then on Window PCSync Download.
Save the file and then run the exe to install.
