Since practically all bread machines work the same simple way, you don't need the manual if you read the excellent instructions at the following
website. The following website tells you how to operate a bread machine, even if you don't have the manual. It also includes great recipes (and you can easily find many more recipes online). Using the following website, I was EASILY able to figure out how to use my Chefmate 725k bread machine even though I didn't have a manual.

By the way, the Chefmate 725k holds 16 cups of water which means that it should be able to make a 2.5 lb loaf of bread (though I've never tried to make a loaf that big). If I'm making one loaf of bread, baked in the machine, I'll generally make a 1.5lb loaf. But more often than not, I just use the bread machine to knead and raise 2 lbs of dough. Then I remove the dough (with rubber spatula) cut it into two equal parts, and then put the two pieces of dough into separate 5" x 8" x 2.5" bread pans (if I want a traditional shaped rectangular loaf of bread) or on a cookie sheets in round or oval shapes. I don't really care for the shape & style of bread that is baked in a bread machines.
