Question about Zvue ZV002 Digital Media Player
I am unable to download videos to my Zvue 250. Can you help me with this?
The software that came with my Zvue 250 didn't work at all and their website was of no help either.
The videos must be in the right format for the Zvue to play them. The "Free Video Converter" from Koyotesoft software (www.koyotesoft.com) works great. Set the output to Avi and the Frame size to 320 x 240 (some other size settings will also work) . Codec: MPEG-4 (MP3 Audio). Once you have the right format then you must put the videos on the SD memory card. I use a USB SD card reader called "hp usb digital drive". Put the memory card in and it works just like a flash drive. Drag and drop the files into the right folders, then put the card back into the Zvue and RESCAN it to see the changes. Lastly, enjoy the music or movie.

It came with converter software for video transfer - if you lost the CD, go to the manufacturer's website
