Question about Whirlpool Duet GHW9150P Front Load Washer
I had a F35 error pop up, then Sud error started to occur. On the Clean machine cycle I would get a F 21 error.
On the top off the machine the is a pressure sensor that is at the rear right side at the top and has a black rubber hose in it and a set of wire that clips in. It clips to the washing machine wall. I replaced the censor for $144 Canadain. It works great now.
Use the correct soap.
I attemped to runn the machine over and over hoping it would just clean it self, with no luck.
I also opened the rear od the machine cleaned the hose and the canaster the attaches to the washer that leads to the pressure sensor, this also did not help.
I opened the bottom front of the washer and cleaned out the pump resevour ( use a bag to catch the water) I found a few things in there like money and various pocket stuff.
I even flushed nthe sensor out with a ink loader seringe in hope to clean out the sensor. This only made the sensor show the Sud error emediately as the water enter the machine.
Be all, end all was a new pressure sensor fixed all the errors.

To resolve some issues, call your local whirlpool dealer for service work, not too many good service techs at A&E
second im just assuming that you all baught the machine at sears, home depot or the like and not a genuine whirlpool gold ring dealer, so you all have second hand cheep machines that you payed for price for.
third whirlpool tech line wont let anyone talk to anyone unless your in the customers home next to the machine. trust me i have tryed.... its not the servicers fault or whirlpools fault it just the system to ensure the right stuff gets checked out.
f-35 is a presure switch problem, not a drain problem most comonly occuring in the wfw9600 steam duets, and it happends to be a newer model with a completely different presure switch from anything that has been used on a duet thus far.
by the way the switch costs 120.95 very easy to install
it also could be caused by a few other things,
wire harness, pinched hoses, or the over use of detergent. it is also so new of a machine that some of the parts are uneque to the machine like the new presure switch so some of it will be factory order 2 weeks to get. other stuff the more common stuff is avalable now as it shares it in common with other duets.

Flashing "sud" and then F 35... Washer was 1.5 years old. Repairman said that too much detergent was being used, and the problem had to do with suds going up a tube to a sensing pressure switch. This caused F35 code. The switch would have been 85 dollars, but Whirlpool covered the cost of the part, because it was only 1.5 years old. Repairman said to cut back on detergent, and use the EXTRA RINSE button EVERY time. Tide HE detergent was being used, but apparently we were using too much? Also said to make sure you use clean cycle often, especially when you smell odors. Total of the repair was 98 dollars labor.

Have the same problem, and whirlpool is telling me it may take a month since it is a new machine, they don't have the part readily available. Not impressed...

SOURCE: model: wfw9500tw01 f35 error
F35 is a water level error.
The water level switch (pressure switch) has malfunctioned.
If you remove the top panel, three screws in the back, you will have access to the pressure switch.
With the tub empty, remove the vinyl hose from the switch and blow backwards through the hose to clear any restrictions.
If the fault codes return after doing this, you will likely need to replace the pressure switch.
Also - please be sure to use He soap.
