I have a vivitar vivicam 7025 it says card locked, how do i unlock it?

Look at the memory card. SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card. If the switch is already in the proper position, slide it fully the other way and then back again.

If that doesn't work, try another card.

Vivicam 7025 how do i get instructions on how to use it?
Alot photo forums mentioned the 7025 model appears to be based on the 5024 and there is a manual available for that one: VC5024 User Manual.pdf

The ViviCam 7025 does not record sound. You can add a soundtrack using video-editing software on a computer, but you can't record one on the camera.

I have a vivicam 7025, when i insert the SD card says card inserted but then says its going back to internal memory so i cant take no pictures
I also have a vivicam 7025, with the same problem, when I insert the SD card, first it recognises that a card has been inserted but then it says its going back to internal memory. I can't take any photo's and am VERY frustrated!!! Did you find out how to sort yours out?
