Adjusting the timing

I have a euro-pro model 9125. The timing is off. I would like to fix it myself if possible because their is no shop to take it to in my town and I am in the middle of a large sewing project.
Thank you

Euro pro 9125 light not working for sewing plate...appears to be a computer board can I fix tthis myself by ordering a new green board

Are you sure that it is not just a bulb replacement, does your manual tell you it is the board? Why not call Euro-pro and ask first because you are talking a lot of money as opposed to $3-$4.? Their phone number is 1-800-798-7395. Good luck, it seems like a nice machine.
