'Cross Cut' is what it is, bits too small to put back together. This machine has variable cuts and is designated 'P1, P2'.

9mm six point socket should be available from any good parts store or hardware.

This is normally a 7mm hex key! Not usually supplied in a hex key set......any good auto parts store will have one!

The bearings should be 0.5mm . They should definitely not be touching the teeth, just behind the teeth is where they should be.

In the Maintenance Menu, press Nozzle Check, do Head Cleaning and press Head Alignment and follow the instructions.

There are various types of USB cables for various purposes.
You need to look at the USB connector on the printer and the computer.
The USB connector on the computer will be a female connector approx 13mm x 5mm and have 4 contacts on one side.
The printer USB connector most likely will be a female connector approx 9mm x 7 mm and two corners have a small chamfer.
The printer cable will most likely be 4 pin USB A male to B male type.
