Hi there are lots of sources for the part. You just need to pick one that is convenient for you. click here
however, the blinking of the power indicator, is reflecting a fault in the set. Try powering it down for 30 mins by unplugging at the wall to do a reset, then power up again and see if the fault continues.
If you have no luck, I suggest a repair man is in order. repairs can get complicated to TV, and it is always cheaper to professional fix the original fault, not try to work out what has happened from other attempts at repair.

On / Off buttom blinks but doesn't turn on. My 11 year old played with it over and over by pushing the Source Select button after I had given up. The TV turned on and was working for months until I pushed the Source Select button again to try to get a DVD player to work.I think that button may be defective. I have tried soldering it but I need to know if I am soldering at the right point. If I push the Source select button or the channel button the blinking light on the on/off switch will stop for a couple of seconds and then resume blinking.I wrote down the P{hillips part number which is 313501707611, do you know where I can get this part?
