- I have the same problem even with new cartridge from Dell- GuestNov 09, 2008
- I have replaced the color cartridge twice and still get same message "Cartridge Missing"... I have cleaned the heads via the clean program that is part of the printer as well as cleaning the cartridge heads with alcohol and q-tips, but still this printer only prints in black and continues to display the same message..........help- will164Oct 17, 2008
