-   I have replaced the color cartridge twice and still get same message "Cartridge Missing"... I have cleaned the heads via the clean program that is part of the printer as well as cleaning the cartridge heads with alcohol and q-tips, but still this printer only prints in black and continues to display the same message..........help-   will164

-   My DELL AIO 942 was working fine, when suddenly started getting "cartridge error" message on screen, and now won't print at all. I've tried reinstalling cartridges and unplugging printer, hoping it would reset, but nothing changed. -   56cruser
