The tv won't turn on. When I press the button on the front of the tv, it makes a popping noise about 3 times.

Possible leak coolant projection. Or SSM board ( small singnal board) located at the let tuner board ( vertical position). Maybe need be replaced convergence IC's. stk392-110 and some resistors around 6.8 Ohms 2 watts
