Used/Cannibaliized Replacement parts for ODC 325 B&D Spacemaker Coffee Makers are regularly sold on eBay, including the entire water reservoir or even the water valve in bottom of the reservoir (the leaky old one can be pushed out from the inside of the reservoir, and a non-leaking used replacement valve can be pressed in in its place).I sometimes buy an old broken ODC 325 cheaply on eBay as a source of parts.

I keep a second ODC 325 machine for canibalization. The black rubber water valve assambly can be repaired (I did it 2 weeks ago) but it takes some creativity.
I haven't been able to find the base heating element for sale anymore. Best I can suggest is finding one on ebay that still has a working base heater but the water heater no longer works.
