Question about Kodak EasyShare C613 Digital Camera

1 Answer

Lens Problem I got a new Kodak EasyShare C613. The lens just won't go in and it shows lens errors 10e,1,0,0 and 20e,1,0,0.There was no mechanical shock imparted whatsoever.I was trying a SanDisk SD card. The lens opened and it just won't go in. Please help. I got the camera shipped from the U.S so even warranty won't work.

Okay, Kodak is a load of **** if they won't allow warranty on an item that doesn't retract. And I got an SanDisk SD Card like you, and on most of my pictures it says, "FILE FORMAT UNRECOGNIZABLE." You should Email Kodak and talk to them about that warranty, or at least make them tell you how to fix it. What a jyp!

My daughter's Kodak easyshare c613 gives lens error 415, 1, 1, 102 and the zoom in function doesn't work. Can we fix this?

In my experience when there is a 'lens error' there is internal damage perhaps from dropping the unit and it is fixable only by the Kodak.com website's authorized service center.

Hi, My Kodak EasyShare C613 intermittently starts up ok, but other times the lens extends and the viewfinder stays on the initial screen. (The Kodak EasyShare system 'share') After around 40 seconds...

My camera is stuck on the screen that says "lens error" and then has four different numbers in a row. The camera lens is fully extended and will not shut off...any suggestions of what the problem could be?

try these:-
  • connect it to pc and on it
  • vaccum the barrel of lens
  • changing mem. card and batt. for 2min.
  • shake it.
  • on and off in different positions
  • hit the part near lens softly with palm (trust me this made mine work)

Lens won't come out (Kodak EasyShare C613)

i have the exact same camera
you can hang it up and get ready to buy a new one because its not a do it yourself job and it would cost more to have it fixed than it would to buy another one just like it

Lens error

You probabbly got mechanical problem inside caused by mechanical schock when the lens were out last time. I had this problem on HP Photosmart camera, but there was no solutions for repair, since small plastic part was broken.
