The handlebars collapse from the lever on top of the handle bar, that allows each handle to pull out.
The lever at the base of the handlebar allows it to retract.
And the lever at the base of the steering allows the body to fold against the steering shaft.

check the bolts or knots or I think its an allen wrench, check in the box if there is a tools it comes to it, and it should be an allen wrench. Now if you find one, simply loosen the allen wrench knot or bolt and then unfold the scooter and tight it back the bolt. ok

The Shoprider Soverign is not really meant to be dismantle for travel. The best you can do is to remove the seat and fold down the handlebars.
