Question about Acer PC Desktops
It's unfortunate to read this about Acer whose products may not be the sexiest around but are generally reliable.
I don't know if you are in the US or which state if you are, but I would check with the BBB to see if you have a 'lemon law' that pertains to other than vehicles; many states do.
The magic number is '3' attempts to repair and if those are unsuccessful, then the product is replaced.
I would also check to see if your vendor has a track record of 'abuse' of customer trust.
If the vendor has truly made any attempt to repair your unit and now tells you to get lost, I would at least make sure that any site I could find that specializes in customer complaints has a detailed message from you describing your treament.
And, if they have really done any repair attempt, it is not likely that any of us can help you without having the unit in hand.
If other techs read this, take your best shot but I suspect you will not have much luck.
