Iv got a 2.290 pork shoulder which I plan to season with Rosemary and garlic, how long and what temppreture for a fanned oven should I use for beat result?

The broil is the top element and the bake is the bottom element...so with broil you are heating from the top and with bake you are heating from the bottom...if your oven has a fan, turn that on with a bake setting and it will speed up the process..
i would not trust it there is chemicals inside the heating element along with metal particals that you can get in your food... sorry ,but better eat out tonight.... good luck to you...
My wife says to baste with butter, salt and pepper with a pinch of rosemary. Cook at 225 F for about 30 to 35 minutes. Pork is as its best at mid rare and can serve with a side mint jelly. Enjoy.
if not a lot of foil get that easy off thats made for self cleaning ovens soak it let it sit then wipe make sure you get the one that says safe for silf cleaning dont scrape soak then after wipping off run self clean
