There is some problem in the firmware so give the restore factory settings(reset) ..
all your firmware problems will be solved ....
this firmware problem may be due to some reasons like removal of the battery when the phone is turned on or due to the sudden turn off the mobile when the battery charge was low or may be due to some virus attack or due to the over heating in the sun..etc ..
so by giving the restore factory settings it will get fixed ....
