I have an O2 Dodge ram 15102 Wheel Dr., how can I tell if a bearing is going bad in one of my wheels?

You have to jack the vehicle off the ground, then grab each tire at the 12:00 and 6:00 positions. Then as hard as you can try to wiggle the tire up and down. If there is any movement then that wheel bearing needs to be replaced.

Rear end feels really loose when turning from stop

Check the tire inflation. Also, if you can jack the tire up off the ground, rotate the tire and feel across the top of the tread. If there seems to be any high/low spots or feeling of side-to-side tread movement, you may have a separated belt in the tire. This can cause the "loose" feeling you are getting.

2008 softail deluxe speedometer doesnt work

Hi, Anonymous the vast majority of speedometer issues is caused by the speed sensor and or the wiring, a faulty speedometer sensor and or connection will automatically interrupt proper turn signal and flasher operation. On Sportsters the sensor is located on top of the engine case behind the rear cylinder, on big twins, it's located on the right side of the transmission case between the starter end cap and the transmission top cover. Remove the bolt/screw that secures the sensor and lift the sensor out of the case. Inspect it for damage and contamination, if there appears to be no damage wipe the end of the sensor clean and reinstall, you can go for a short quick test ride to see if the speedo is working. If the issue still exists grab your test light and unplug the harness connector from the sensor, check for power (red wire) and ground (black wire) continuity coming from the speedo, there is also the connector that plugs into the speedometer, also, look for corroded, broken or loose pin/sockets. If everything checks out OK then replace the speed sensor. Vibrates in 6th gear the minute I hit 70 mph

Hi Jackie, and the usual suspects are:
1. Wheels and or tires unbalanced, worn or damaged.
2. Engine/transmission/vehicle not aligned properly.
3. Primary chain badly worn or links tight as a result of insufficient lubrication or misalignment.
4. Engine to transmission mounting bolts loose.
5. Upper engine mounting bracket loose.
6. Ignition timing incorrect/poorly tuned engine
7. Internal engine problem/ flywheel shift
8. Broken frame
Good luck

I need to see a video of oil being changed on a 2005 softail deluxe

I doubt you're going to find a video of the oil being changed on a Softail. To change the oil on your Softail, look at the oil tank from the right side of the bike. At the lowest point on the backside of the tank, you'll see a large hose coming from the tank and running down behind the transmission. The hose comes back out from behind everything at the lower part of the frame behind the exhaust pipe and looks like it connects to a crossmember of the frame at the bottom. Feel underneath the crossmember directly underneath the hose and you'll feel a drain plug. Remove the plug and the oil drains out of the tank.

Good Luck
Steve

What is the correct air pressure for a 2005 softail deluxe

Correct tire pressure - 30 PSI in the front
36 PSI rear single rider
40 PSI rear two up riding

Always refer to the side wall of the tire for air pressure. You may not be running Dunlop tires.
