Sony Ericsson w910i every time i try to access text inbox, outbox etc it comes up with Operation Failed. Phone will not receive or send text.

There is some problem in the firmware so give the restore factory settings(reset) ..
all your firmware problems will be solved ....
this firmware problem may be due to some reasons like removal of the battery when the phone is turned on or due to the sudden turn off the mobile when the battery charge was low or may be due to some virus attack ..etc ..
so by giving the restore factory settings it will get fixed ....
