My Copyer Has an error (H4)When the Electicity Voltag was Down The machin was on. I thing this is Copyer Problem. Please Help me

Hi don the error code is a system overload. There are a lot of things that could be causing this temperature short circuit. Inwould take the cover of the unit and see if you can visually see any maybe dust or debri on any condenser coils or fans. If you can't figure it out call an expert.

Hold down the key's "0", "8" and start the copyer.
After that it will apper (AD) or (ADJ), tst "389" and press the start key.
Then turn off the copyer and turn it on again,that's it.

H4-00 means thst the copier isn't warming up quickly enough. Try this code to reset it. Press the following buttons in this order: #, interupt, C, interupt, 1, 4 . machine will say sim 14 trouble clear are you sure. Press the OK button. This should reboot the copier. Most likely the machine is in need of a heater lamp in the fuser unit.

This is usually a heater fault.
The fusing temperature does no reach operating temperature within 25-30 seconds after turning on the power.
It could be a blown heating element, or a fault in the heater control circuit.

UNRELATED PROBLEMS.
H4 = MAIN HEATER LAMP ABNORMAL LOW TEMP. THE FINAL UNIT BEFORE PAPER EXITS. HAS TO BE HOT. LAMP OR THERMO-FUSE? CHECK CONTINUITY LAMP WIRE IN THROUGH WHOLE PATH TO OTHER LAMP WIRE OUT.
E1-15 = IMC board Page Memory error/SRAM
error. MEMORY FULL? Mfr. says "Print Buffer Page Memory or Work SRAM abnormality"
SORRY NO MORE.

Code C-0510 means a low fuser temperature.

This can happen after a long copy job has been run.

To clear the code:

Power machine off

Turn on the machine with the stop key held down.

Turn off, then on again.

The code should be gone.

Your Tech is correct in replacing the Unit.
If the Fuser is not reaching the correct Temp it will give the H4-00 Code

The time and money it takes to repair the unit is greater than replacing.
Oredering all the parts for the unit takes longer then ordering the unit.

The only thing a tech can do is clean the Thermistor, reset with sim 14..
If that works, it might work for a hour, might work for days?

I personally carry this Fuser Unit in my car stock as this happens frequently..
