Question about Televison & Video
It's a dirty drive motor. I have the same unit with the same error. Remove the screws underneath and the unit will open up. Flip the motor assembly upside-down and remove the sticker. Spray contact cleaner in all the holes and turn the spindle by hand. Take a small flat blade and pry off the black top. It should slide off with minimal resistance. Remove the two micro screws and take the motor out of the assembly. Again, spray contact cleaner in the holes and spin the motor by hand. Reassemble and watch your movies.

Was trying to play a rental DVD, tried several and same result. Tried to insert a cleaning DVD but it wouldn't play either. Can hear it load but seems to be a problem in reading the DVD.
