I have a unlocked ZTE Mf190 USB-Modem. When I put the SIM card in it and
connect it to the computer, I am able to connect to 3G Internet via
beetel connection manager. Is it also possible to send and receive SMS.
But when I try to make a voice call on beetel voice call panel, I
receive this error message "Dialing failed! Please try again!" . And
also when I use another phone to call the SIM card line number that I
put in the USB-Modem, I receive busy tone
Issues of accessing/setting up VM on your mobile or Inquiries on accessing your VM using your mobile phone?
I can help you w/that.there are 3 ways on accessing your VM via your mobile phone:
1st:
Long press the number 1 key on your phone's keypad then it'll dial your VM number and would ask for a PIN if PIN is setup.
Follow recording instructions or voice prompts and key presses until you get to hear your voice messages.
2nd:
For some mobile phone service providers, dialing your own mobile number automatically transfers you to your VM.again,if PIN is set up?it'll ask you to enter it,if not it'll automatically proceed to your VM.
Follow recording instructions or voice prompts as well as correct key presses until you hear your voice messages.
3rd:
Almost all mobile phone service providers has a so called "Voice mail Access Number"
This number can be dialled and goes straight to VM.
Voice prompts might ask you to enter your mobile number following the star key or pound sign on your mobilephone keypad.
Voice prompts might also ask you to enter your VM PIN(if seup).
Just follow Voice prompts and you're good to go.
Hi,If your account is enabled for voice mail, you can receive voice messages in your Inbox and also in a text message on your mobile phone. Both the message in your Inbox and the text message will include a preview of the voice message in text. How do I set up voice mail?
1. Go to https://outlook.com to sign in to your mailbox, go to Options > Voice Mail tab, and then click Set Up Now. 2. When you set up your voice mail: * You'll register your mobile phone number. * Text messaging is set up. You can choose to be notified in a text message that you have voice mail or have missed a call. * Call forwarding is set up so that your mobile provider forwards calls you receive to your voice mail. So if you don't answer your phone, your phone is busy, or you're unreachable or unavailable, the caller will be sent to your voice mail. After your personal greeting is played, the caller can leave a voice message for you. * You can test whether your voice mail has been set up correctly by dialing your mobile phone number from your mobile phone. This verifies that call forwarding is correctly set up with your mobile provider.
How do I change my voice mail after I've set it up?
After you've finished setting up voice mail, you may want to:
* Change the mobile provider's voice mail number so you can use the key your provider has reserved for accessing voice mail to access your voice mail. For details about how to do this, see Changing the Number You Call to Access Your Voice Mail. * Create a contact on your mobile phone. For details about how to do this, see Create a Contact for Voice Mail. * Assign a speed dial key to the contact you create for Outlook Web App voice mail. For details about how to do this, see Set Up Speed Dialing for Voice Mail.
What else do I need to know?
* The voice mail service is available only to certain customers in certain regions. If you can use voice mail, you'll see a welcome message in your Inbox telling you how to set up voice mail for your account.

Well i am not an expert on phones but try these methods: 1) On your G1 phone dial your own mobile number on it (just in case your voice mail number that came on your phones doesn't help you plus sometimes it asks you for your password and dialing your own number doesn't ask you this or at least on my G1 it doesn't) and it may prompt you to set up your voice mail and from there just follow the directions from there. or 2) Gently take the sims card (that small white chip next to the battery) out of the phone and if you have another /old phone ( T mobile phone if possible) and place the card in there and dial your own number again then see what happens. If you get the voicemail set up in another phone take the sims card and put it back in the G1 and have someone to call you but either turn off the phone or don't answer it so this will give you the chance to test your voicemail. I used to have a razor and i had set my voice mail up on that. It stayed on there since i used the same sims card. I hope this can help but again i am not an expert.
As bsmither said, how voice mail is accessed is very dependent on your phone company and how they've set things up. They would be the best place to ask about any problems you're having there.
As for programming the voice mail buttons on the 25204, I was confused by that one as well until I finally figured it out. Specializations aside, they're just speed dial buttons, and are programmed in exactly the same way as the ones along the right side of the phone. RCA could have documented that detail better than they did.
In my case, with Vonage, I just programmed the buttons with the numbers for the lines that they're associated with. When they dial and I'm connected to the voice mail system, I'm prompted for my VM password, which I then enter manually.
