Hi On our portable DeLonghi air con, we have

Hi On our portable DeLonghi air con, we have large amounts of water on the ground after prolonged usage, it appears to be coming out a small outlet at the back of the unit, as a temporary fix we have fitted a hose to the out let and routed it outside but the unit is suppost to have No Drip Technology. Would you know what would be causing this problem as it hasn't happened over the 2 and half years we have had the machine. Rgds Les

Temp setting is very low. Raise it. And also service your unit frequently.

How to stop portable air conditioner leaking water

I heard that some portable air conditioners can leak water from the unit after being operated for about an hour or so if they are not on a level floor. <br /> I solved this with my DeLonghi air con after discovering the floor my unit was on had about 1 - 2 mm difference from one side to the other. By buying a small builder's liquid level (like you use to keep a line of bricks aligned) I used a small piece of wood (ruler thickness) under one side of the air con and no more leaks! Hope this helps someone. Kez, Perth WA

Hi I'm bill I just to want to ask something regarding about my delonghi ariagel ag75 7,500 BTU/h.its a portable conditioner with 3 modes. And ive been using this for almost a year now.And wasn't...

Hi Bill, I also have a Delonghi portable air-con, so I hope I can help. Is the machine working ok apart from the leak? Does it have a built in waste water tank as does mine? If so, take a look at where the tank is placed to empty the machine, it is possible that the pipe leading to it from the machine is out of position and instead of filling the tank with water, it is dripping on the floor instead. If you remove the water tank, the machine will not run on air-con, but if you have a look at where the tank fits in (you will need a torch) you should be able to see where the water is coming from.

These machines do create a lot of waste water, that is normal, but it should end up in the water tank, not on the floor, so you need to find out why it is not reaching the tank.

As to your problem with the manual, I have found these links for, Delonghi so that you can contact them directly and explain that you need a replacement. As I don't know what country you are in, I have put a few for you to try, they should forward the query, or refer you on.Hopefully, they will either email you with a copy, or they might post a replacement. Good luck!

Hi I DeLonghi T130ARC model air con and no remote and getting a messgae of PF error does anyone know what this means Andrew

Hello my name is Heath it wil be my pleasure to assist you. The PF usually means there was a power failure and the only thing you can do is turn the power off to the unit unplugg the unit and let it sit for 15-20 minutes and then repower the unit and see if the pf goes away.
