I cannot get onto my vpn through sky broadband it connects initialy then drops out after some seconds??


I have this problem also. Did you manage to find a solution? My colleagues all use BT which seems to work fine.

Itunes will not connect to intenet


Sounds like your firewall is blocking your itunes from accessing the internet, either your have a internet security software or just a basic firewall program installed.

hi there,
First bee sure that your firewall is not blocating for the program, now it depend which firewall you use, but normally you antivirus come togetter with your firewall, so try to open the main window of you firewall and there you should bee able to find youre firewall settings and quarentene files. :O)

Try first that
then you can try to reinstall the software in this way : Uninstall the software, reboot the computer and reinstall the software

Other possibility:
See if the cd is dirty and clean it
