You will receive a message along the lines of "Formatting phone. The phone will restart shortly" and during this time DO NOT remove the battery or turn off the phone. The phone will turn off, turn on and load up as if it were fresh out of the box.

Go to the QWERTY screen by turning the phone sideways. In the upper right corner, hit the icon that looks like a piece of paper. Then hit Add, and you'll find Graphics and Animation as options. ***Note: the menu that had Add as an option can be scrolled up and down for more options.

for your Samsung phone I believe in order to record a conversation you will need to download software on your phone to do so. if you have internet access on your phone you can go directly to the software of your choice and download directly to your phone. Or you can download the software to your PC and transfer it to your phone via usb cable or bluetooth when available.
