Question about GE Profile JT952 Electric Double Oven
We have a GE Profile double oven. The top oven (the one my wife uses most), seems to be 100 or so degrees below it's stated setting. Is there a procedure a homeowner can do to adjust the cooking temp?
Did you try going to the GE website to pull up the Use and Care Manual? It does have a section re: how to adjust the temperature by as much as 35 degrees either way. Although it is not the 100 degrees you mentioned, you could try it and see if it helps...
The main GE website is: http://www.geappliances.com/
At the top of the web page is a SEARCH section. You can click on the blue down arrow in the first box and select Use & Care Manuals, then put your model number in the empty box to the right of that selection box, ie. JT952 is my oven.
If you are having a problem locating your model number/serial number, you can go to the FAQ (frequently asked questions) section to see how to find it.
