First thing to do when this happens is to do a disconnect the amp from the wall socket for at least 30 mins. This will do a hard reset for the unit. Then fire it up again and see if it is still non functioning.
If this does not help, then the amp has developed an internal fault and will need some electronic repairs done.

I have my manual here.
"Turn on the system and enter CD mode. While pressing the stop button on the unit( the little circular button with the dark square), press the CD Open/Close button on the unit. 'UNLOCKED' appears on the display."
