IBM IDEASCAN FLATBED SCANNER (missing DLL)

Hi there. I recently had 2 reinstall my whole C drive. Without unplugging my scanner or anything, I downloaded buttloads of drivers etc. The downloads all went well, but installation never finalized because A) install Photo Studio (B) scanner DLL not found. Can u help?

I have the same problem.
