Having problems downloading to my brand new Zune...

Just bought a Zune 80. The unit is giving me headaches. I am ready to throw it thru the wall. I am haing trouble with drag and drop. If I try to sync it to my laptop, it will not sync to the folder with the music. Also, when I look at my computer, it does not how the Zune as being connected. Why? Should I just get rid of this piece of junk and get the Ipod touch or try to make this work?

I have the same problem.

The problem was very simple. It was me. I had to get some sleep after being up for a few days and could not think straight. Thank you very much for the support. If I develope any problems and able to solve a real problem, I will let all of you know.

Double check the manual to make sure you did everything correctly. I would use Windows Media Player instead of windows Explorer, and make sure the songs are in the correct format (as in, no iTunes).
