You can request a master password from Dell to reset the BIOS password by calling (800)624-9896. You will need to provide your service tag and express code.

if you forgot the BIOS password, then there is only one way out.
You will need to reset it manually.
That is you will need to open the case and remove the onboard battery.
Then you place it back.
