thats because they operate with android system. You have to try delete some of your unuseless files and then try to download. Or see the options in downloading mode (where to: phone or mem. card)
Hi,
Looks like one of the 2gb mem card you bought and installed is defective.
Check each one and clean the gold terminals using a pencil rubber eraer, clean it an install it again, move it to side to side just to perfectly fit the contacts.
If both mem card is working the problem would be the memory socket terminal, either it is dirty or the pin connector is burned.
If one is not working, return the mem card and have them replace it.
buy an sd micro memory card and use the external memory instead .. camera internal mems are only made to hold around ten pictures were as an 2 gig mem card will hold around 2000 pics and there very cheap about $ 25
i gather when you meen rebooted its into windows xp? or while its booting. if its the first one, windows only recognises up to 3 gig of mem, if it is when you are post booting, how much shared mem has your graphics card got? it might seem that you only have 3 gig on start up, but you have to allow for the memory use from the graphics card, hope this throws some light onto your problem
Seems the memory is not comatable with the motherboard. Replace the old memory and visit http://www.crucial.com, they have a scanner tool which will confirm what mem can be installed.
2GB is quite low but you will never see the full amount of ram.
Your video card will use some and then Windows reserves some for itself.
You dont say if its 2x2gb sticks or just one, if two does bios see the full 4gb. Check the memory is properly seated. Try swapping the sticks round.
My grandson had this problem. This solved it. Thanks.
