Iam trying to print vellum

Iam trying to print vellum invitations on my Brother mcf5460cn. When I print the draft on plain paper and on plain paper setting, it is just as I prepared in on Word. If I try to print the vellum on plain paper setting, it jams. The vellum will only go through on transparency setting, but when it prints it changes ink color to dark green and moves centered text off center.
