Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
Double check one more time - because i did not post one, but several solutions - did i reset the device? did I upgrade to the latest firmware? did I download the Sansa Recovery Tool and use it (you may have to remove the battery to update the firmware successfully or use the recovery tool)? did I try a different USB port on the same computer? did I try plugging my player into another computer?
If you tried all of the above, and it still doesn't work, then there is a hardware problem with the player and it will need to be replaced - call Sandisk and find out if you are still in warranty.
