I had to reinstall WinXOP also, and the antivirus refuses to reinwstall, despite weeks of emails and phone calls. "Invalid serial #", "failure to download, security issue" etc. They are all wrong. I uninstalled all the other TM software.
My advice: uninstall it, and install the _free_ anti-virus software from Microsoft: http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials
which does _NOT_ require any "serial-number".
