Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How to connect power ,reset ,hdd led and power and data cables to asus KV8-MX mptherboard

Below is a link to Asus website. You will need to put in an OS under download to get the list to pull up. At the bottom of the list you will find Manuals. Hit the plus sign and I would down load the Users manual, it should have what you are looking for in it.

P4b533 i dont remember how i make a reset and power cinch on computer to mother board with cable

if your board screwed on its case already,

there is a 9 pin color black at lower right side of your board if your infront of it, in usual position. firs t(2) two in upper right is for the power switch, and the two pin behind it is for the reset switch. the two pin beside of power switch at left is for power LED/Light, behind that is for HDD LED.
spare the last pin left at lower right.

Hello Sir, hi, the wires on your casing are usually labeled, like in the picture below: cyberdyers_0.jpg

the power led green wire goes to the power led + and the white goes to the - . Now the HDD + goes to the HDD + the red wire, power switch can be interchange, same as the reset switch.

Wiring a P4M80-M4 mother board

You can download the manual for the motherboard here, just click on the "manual" link:

http://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en-us/mb/driver.php?S_ID=246

This will list the front panel connections, which are 2 pins. Each of the jumpers, what you are calling clips, will connect two of the pins. Most cases have the jumpers labeled, i.e. power, reset, etc. But if they are not, it is usually: red/white = HDD led; green/white = power led; red/black = speaker; black/green = power switch; and black/white = reset. But your case may use a different wiring spec, but should list somewhere which wire is for which function.

Mother Board connection

Go to the site below. Its a manual for the 800/i65GV group. Go to page 67 and zoom in. You'll get a nice look where everything goes. Two rows of pins. Upper row and bottom row. Real close to each other. Do not place connectors up to down. Connect only left to right.
The reset connector has two pins. One will be white or black. These are - grounds. So connect it to the bottom row onto the most right two pins. Moving to your left. Skip one pin. Take the Power Switch a two pin connector. Remember Black & White is ground & ground goes to your right for both rows of Mb pins.

Go to IDE_LED next. Its the last two pins towards your most left of the bottom row of pins. Move to the upper row & the power LED. Same as the bottom row keping the grounds to your right. Lastly is the speaker. Its connector holds four pins but you only use two. One in each end.

Good luck & please vote....
