Hi, If you have a memory card installed, backup your contacts to the memory card, then remove it. type this code onto your phone *#7370#, phone will ask you for security code, enter 12345(default) and wait. when it restarts, all problems will be gone. insert your memory card again and restore your contacts. may the file played has more bitrate... so try playing other song if same problem persists then .... may be the file is stored in memory stick r micro sd so this may have some bad sectors due to last virus attack...so just format ur memory card and then use it... it will work perfectly...........
