- I have a new 16GB SDHC card which is supposedly compatible with the DMC FZ28 but I get a memory card error and the camera will not respond to any commands until the card is removed. Any ideas? Thank you. RIchard- rmtjr

- I have the same problem with my Panasonic TZ50. I bought an expensive 16gb SDHC memory card and it pops out the parameter error problem. Please somebody help!!! I already format it but it didnt work!- marce81

From DMC-FZ8 user manual:
[MEMORY CARD PARAMETER ERROR]
> Use a card compatible with this unit. (P19)
• You can only use an SDHC Memory Card if using cards with 4 GB or more capacity.

If you are convinced the problem is not your card, here's Panasonic's support number -800-211-PANA (7262). Hope this helps.

My 8GB SD card works fine when connected to my PC but gives the same error message when placed in my Panasonic DMC-TZ3 still camera and also gives a "Card Error" message when placed in my Panasonic SDR-S7 video camera.

i have just purchased a sdhc 8g memory card for my Panasonic fz28 and a message is coming up with 'Memory Card error memory card parameter error, can anyone assist?
