I bought a Euro Pro TO31 over a year ago and can't use it because I can't find the manual. Have tried everything to find this one on line and can't.
Have any ideas.

have to hold the clock button in till it shows the 24 hour or 12 hour. After you pick which setting then use the up down key to adjust hour then hit clock again then set the minute with the up and down keys.
