Question about Microsoft Wireless Laser Desktop 4000 Keyboard/Mouse
This mouse came in a package with the wireless 4000 keyboard. The photo on the package and all photos on the internet show the mouse sitting with normal AA batteries, and four are included in the package. The keyboard takes two, leaving two for the mouse, but the mouse requires a short LR6 AA battery, which I can't find at any store near my home, nor on the internet. When I type in LR6 to search it just pulls up normal AA batteries. What to do? Thanks. davemc
Mine takes regular AA batteries

I found a website that offers the LR6 AA batteries that you were talking about and maybe purchase online. They look like regular AA batteries to me, but I am providing the link for you to view and make your determination. I hope this helps.
If you would not mind doing so could you please rate my help, I would appreciate it. Thanks
