Only a specific area is slightly flickering
Hay ..my zenith crt monitor does not show any photo with its true colour.. photos are somewhat black not the right brightnes is seen.

immediately. If you want to try and diagnose and/or repair it yourself, at
least move it to an open area free of anything that could flame up in case of
sparks or a fire.
Mr. McLellen could be correct about the failing solder
joints. Since the symptoms increase as the unit heats up, I suspect it is more
likely an electronic component failure. The specific symptom you describe is
common in transformers with electrical shorts or with a cracked frame. Insects may also be the cause.
Some are specifically attracted to warmth and electromagnetic fields. To rule
out insects, take sample whiffs around the vent holes on the back of the unit
after it starts crackling and flickering. Electrical burns are distinct from
most other types, especially roasting critters.
